RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at visionarysea@gmail.com or via the contact form below.
Please include your order number from your invoice and any other information that pertains to your order and the reason for cancellation.
If your request is received after your order has already been shipped, then we will not be able to process your cancellation.
Once your order is shipped, we ask that you wait for it to arrive then contact us at visionarysea@gmail.com to let us know about your return request.
Returns will only be eligible for unopened prints in their original condition and refunds will only be processed once/if the items have been received in their original condition.
*If a print is damaged when it arrives please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at visionarysea@gmail.com with photos of the damaged prints and/or package it was shipped in so that we are able to file a claim and send you a replacement.
No Art Prints part of a Limited Edition Series is eligible for exchange or Refund.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
Please note that we will not be able to process returns and refunds for orders that were placed more than 30 days before your return request is received.
Any return shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund.
